Why do i look high when im not?!?

Ok so i always look high... like no joke. My eyes are always sleepy looking, there always bloodshot and have dark looking circles under them. And the way i talk is really slow and raspy and just laid back sounding lol but everyone asks if i do drugs because of it. Ive even been questioned by my youth paster which sucked pretty bad lol
