Chances of having herpes. Girlfriend gave me oral and a coldsore popped up the next day.?

So my girlfriend (now ex) had been taking daily valtrax for her outbreaks. Sunday she forgot to take her medicine and the next morning preformed oral on me. The following morning she got a coldsore on her lip. How worried should I be about this?
