Help me why am i like this?

i'm 19 but i look like i'm dead not kidding im not pale or anything but i have really dark circles around my eyes i get very bad acne breakouts all the time im chubby not fat i have man boobs my face looks like a freaking mess and i just cant take it im so depressed.It probably is my fault i mean all i do all day is stay inside and play video games i want to go out and workout and do something with my life but i don't at the same time because i look really nasty.i have good Hygiene its just my body and face disgust me.it is my fault but i just hate the way i look the acne and dark circles the most.i want to get rid of these dark circles but just don't know how to do it some people say its not going to sleep causing them others say their not caused by not sleeping i need these gone.i know I'm rambling now but i really just need to get this out to somebody.
