What would be the best pre-med course to take if i were to continue into studying medicine and be a doctor?

Would it be BS Biology, Vetmed, Nursing or what? Please give specifics. I don't really know how many more years after finishing any of these courses will be added for me to finally be a doctor. Please help me. :)) I want to be clear of how i want my life to be. Thank you in advance.
