Should I take bp medicine or wait?

I sometimes can't remember if I have taken my bp medication or not, particularly if I am also taking other pills, as I am now...antibiotic and Advil. Which is safer...to skip that day's dose, or to take a double dose? I am on 100 mg Losartan Potassium. Yes, I know I need to buy a daily dosage pill container...that's next on my list, but in the meantime, such as today?
