My eyes have been really itchy recently and i bought eye drops?

my eyes were really itchy in the corners so i bought Optrex itchy eye drops, the only thing is that it was for an itch that was caused by hay fever but i used it anyway, i used it for about three or four times and one night i used it and my eyes went all small and bloodshot at the bottom and felt really dry...HELP! i dont know what to do and they are still itchy!!
