What type of Medicine is the best for me to take career in?

So far Ecology and Marine Biology sound good. They both pay good and have High Job Security. I want a PhD. I also Like studying animals and their habitats. This points to zoology, but that career doesn't pay good and have High Job Security. I have also thought about being a Veterinarian, but I'm not that interested. Any Ideas?
