How to go about curing this stomach ache?

3 months ago, I experienced the worst stomach I've ever had. It didn't start out too bad, but it grew and grew, and 5 hours later, my mother took me to the emergancy clinic at 11 pm at night. I had IV's, painkiller type stuff, and they took a catscan of my stomach. The problem was a cyst above my ovary that was ready to rupture (and it did - at the doctors. Instantly felt better). They said it didn't mean much, but that the cyst can some back. Well, now I have a bad stomach ache all across my stomach (linear to my belly button). The hospital bill that time was outragously expensive (My parents weren't happy), so I don't want to go back unless I have to. But this pain is weird, I'm not sure if it's the same pain I felt 3 months ago or not, but it's not the type you get from indigestion, constipation, or any of the like. It's like a "too full" pain that's pushing out on my stomach. What should I do? :\ I took some pain medicine, but I'm not sure how else to cure it. It does feel better when I lay down, but soon I'm going out to a movie with my dad
