Hi im prakash, from india ..... i am suffering from skin problem?

when i scratch my skin it will swelling in scratch area and some times it gives itchy and redish color what is the problem with that ( i already suffering from sinus and headache) ... i went to meet the doctor , doctor gives some medicines but there is no result( wyeth Wysolone - tablets-30) please give me good remedy help me.....
