My boyfriend has a disorder which means he always grabs my boobs?

Everytime I'm with my boyfriend he always makes grabs for my boobs and it can hurt, when i ask him he says he has terrets. Can he not get medicine or treatment, it must be really horrible for him, can anything cure this?
