I dont know whats wrong with me?

I always feel like a tickley kind of feeling throughout my body, and sometimes I get really ichy. I wake up with a new pain every morning and sometimes I feel like throwing up. And when I look at things they start to move all wavey and weird and it scares me, and also I started to hear strange noises and voices. I always get horable head aces and my eyes are always bloodshot. And I also twitch ALOT. Please help idk what's wrong with me.
