I need help with my mom!?

What should I do? Here's my story... I will be going to school this fall, in the San Diego area... I have a room mate and we both have a place in San Diego, I am 22 years old now... But beforehand I lived with my mom who is on section 8 mind you, so she doesn't pay much rent i helped her with half the bills of course.... Well she put in a 30 day notice, and has not found a place...Her only income is social security disability but she spent most of it on getting her hair done, her medicine habit and gas i guess I really don't know, I just know over half of her money for the month is gone!!! Now she has to be out of her apartment by the 7th, My dad says he's gonna get me a uhaul but he is not going to help her, and a small uhaul would only fit the stuff i have in my room the rest of the stuff is hers and won't fit... I can't really afford to help her as well...She wasted the money she could have put down on the apartment and for storage, i found her a place in the SD area... And she can't cancel her 30 day notice... She doesn't have enough money to move, and doesn't have her holding deposit money now either... And I don't want her to stay with me on the grounds that she's verbally abusive and is also bad with money! I need help with this situation, what should I do? Also my brother lives her locally but doesn't give her money at all anymore... He has his own place so he don't have to worry about the verbal abuse as much as I have to... It's stressful, and I feel so messed up right now!
