Does this sound reasonable?

my plans for the future are as follows. i will go to community college for 2 years transfer to either Harvard or Duke graduate as valedictorian and complete the doctorates program at Cambridge for nuclear medicine. in high school i had a 2.3 gpa and my teachers said i could do anything i wanted so this is what i want my parents just laugh when i tell them but im being serious
