Which air humidifier is good for people who have sinus?

i have a really bad sinus. Its killing me, i'm VERY allergic to dust. A little dust can lead to a non stop sneezing. And this will cause my eyes to be bloodshot and red. I've heard about the air humidifier and i know there are two types hot and cold. Which one is suitable for me? And do i put only in my room or the rest of the house to keep my air clean and dust free?
