Should my parents be mad?

ok so my dad is so mad at me for reasons i can not understand. so today i went at my local ymca to talk about volunteer. however, im not a member and usually u h av to pay 10 dollars. but they did not charge me. so i took dvantage of this and simply playted basketball. ( im trying to make the team necxt year both my parents kno this) anyways up until 7 pm my brother comes in the gym sayin my mom is here to pick me up. i say no thanks because i didnt get enoughh playing time, becuz there was alot of soccer practices. it went on from 2:35 to 8 pm . a half hour after my brother left. anyways i alredy had m y plan out. since my dad also had his martial arts practice the same day i simply decided tht when he was done my mom an call him to tell him to pick me up or i can call him. i was going to call him after i finished doing a drill. which only reqiured me to take 5 more shots. then i was goin to call him the phone in the gym ( honest). however he showed up before i finishede and got rlly mad. idk why he is so mad. does he hava right to be mad? i mean my mom knew where i was. and his martial arts dojo is only like 2 or 3 blocks at most away from the gym. and my mom picks him up from work. so i rlly dnt kno y he is so mad.,.but he is the kinda parent tht doesnt listen to my explanation, calls it b.s and then rambles on about how my mom cnt discipline us or how what i did was wrong. something like this happened before tbut my parents didnt kno where i was. but this time they did, and right when the gym was closing my dads class ended.. so i dnt understand qhy hes so mad. hes sayin how he gonna come out here to pick me up so late. its not like he was hiome tho. becuz like i said his class finished around the time the gym was closin. anyways, tell me who u think is right or wrong. and if i hav to i will show this to my dad. thnx
