If you call the fire department, will they come to your house?

There's a bunch of fire that's been happening in Georgia lately and there's smoke that's been crowding around people's homes and it's as if you go driving that you're entering heaven or something because the smoke is so thick! Anyway, I was wondering because we had to go get my aunt's medicine refill, get groceries, go see my dad at the graveyard, see my aunt's before we leave and go back to Texas and so many other things. The fire department is a regular 912-293-2910 (Example) number. If I call them to ask where the fire is at at the moment, would they go to our house lighting the sirens??
