How long should my dad wait to drive? PLEASE ANSWER SOON!!?

Find a friend that wasn't drinking to give him a ride to the hospital to be with his step dad, he can always arrange for a ride home later after he sobers up. Do not allow him to drive if he has consumed any alcohol, it could be catastrophic for him, your family, or someone else's family if he were to cause a crash on the way there driving himself.
