Can I take an extra Seasonal allergy medicine?

I took my allergy medicine 5 hours ago, and now it's almost 2 am, and I'm laying in bed feeling like I'm literally dying. I want to take another pill, but the bottle recommends only 1 pill every 24 hours. I'm sneezing literally every single minute. I've at least used around 50 tissues today, and my eye itches like crazy. Will one pill be too much?
